1. The principal plays a key role in ensuring the law college's curriculum is relevant, up-to-date, and meets the standards set by regulatory bodies like the Bar Council of India. 
2. Involved in planning and implementing academic programs, including seminars, workshops, and other activities designed to enhance faculty competence. 
3. Oversee the planning and implementation of examinations and ensure the timely completion of student course registration. 
4. The principal is responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of faculty members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality legal education. Responsible for student welfare, including advising, counseling, and addressing student grievances. 
5. The principal monitors the progress of classwork, syllabus coverage, and student attendance, ensuring that students are on track to meet academic requirements. 
6. Responsible for preparing the annual budget of the college and ensuring the proper utilization of funds. 
7. Oversees the college library resources and other facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and accessible to students and faculty. 
8. Ensure that the college complies with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Bar Council of India and other regulatory bodies.
